Frequently asked questions

What is Webfly Credit?
One credit is 1 TL. Choose "Pay with Webfly Credit" at checkout to spend it on themes, updates and support. Every purchase paid with credit is invoiced.
What happens when my dealership ends?
Only the discount stops. Your remaining credit and your licenses stay with you; a new package makes you a dealer again.
What if I buy a package while I am a dealer?
A package with a higher discount starts at once. One with the same or a lower discount starts right after your current dealership with no gap; no paid time is lost.
Is credit refundable?
No. Webfly Credit is not refunded or paid out in cash; it is spent only on purchases at Webfly.
