In following years
Your self-hosted website has a perpetual license; renew the update period to receive new releases. Renew the hosted plan yearly to keep hosting active. Renew your domain with its provider too.
Costs to budget for separately
A domain is not included in the package price. With self-hosted installation, pay your hosting provider separately. Opening a support ticket from your account is free.

How many sites can I use a license on?
A license covers one production site and two staging installations. Development installations on your own computer do not count.
What is the difference between the one-time license and yearly updates?
The one-time license covers the releases published up to your purchase and never expires. With yearly updates you get every release for 12 months; renewing extends the period.
Does my site stop if I do not renew updates?
No. Your license is perpetual; your site and panel keep working. Only new releases stop.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. The hosted yearly plan includes 5 GB storage, 12 months of updates, installation and SSL. Hosting requires yearly renewal; the software license is perpetual. You can also install on your own hosting. If you have an existing site, choose preview before installation starts, then switch the primary domain through NS or A records when ready. To keep email with the existing provider, review its DNS records and use the website-only option. Read the website transition guide.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, every purchase is invoiced. You manage your individual or company billing details in your account.
How do I get support?
Opening a support ticket from your account is free. When available for purchase, the optional yearly package provides priority WhatsApp support for installation and usage questions. Check its scope and duration on the purchase page.
Are a domain and hosting included in the package price?
A domain is purchased separately. One-time and yearly-update plans use your own hosting. Only the hosted yearly plan includes hosting; see Pricing for availability and scope.
Do I need to know how to code to use Webfly?
Day-to-day content management requires no coding; pages, products and menus are edited in the panel. Initial installation on your hosting requires domain, file-upload and database details. The setup wizard checks server requirements.
Can I move my website to another hosting provider?
You can move files and a database backup to hosting that meets the requirements. A domain change also requires updating the license and installation record. Take a current backup first and ask support about the scope of migration assistance.
