Online appointment booking

Visitors select an appointment type and choose an available day and time. Offer introductory calls, online sessions or in-person meetings according to your practice. Working hours, exceptions and busy calendar periods inform availability. Cancellation and rescheduling rules can be configured; email reminders and calendar invitations require email delivery settings.

Session packages and credit tracking

Set the number of sessions, validity period and eligible appointment types for each package. Payment approval creates the client's session entitlement; usage and remaining credits are tracked for eligible appointments. The demo includes examples of 4, 8 and 12 sessions, but you can configure your own packages and prices.

Client account

Clients can review upcoming appointments, remaining session credits and seminar registrations. Their account also provides order history and eligible digital downloads. Open Demo → Member login on the live site to explore the sample client account.

Orders and payment statuses

Track package and digital-product orders in one table. Search records and filter payment statuses; review order numbers, amounts, dates and details. The order detail contains the customer snapshot and purchased items.

Seminars and workshops

Publish online, in-person or hybrid events with scheduled sessions and capacity limits. Manage free or paid registration, participants and waiting lists. Clients can review their event registrations in their accounts.

View individual appointments and seminar sessions together. Manage availability and use ICS calendar links to support your schedule. Coach profiles and appointment types allow multiple services to share the same website.

Digital products and free resources

Publish PDF workbooks, planners and guides. Access to purchased digital files is tied to the customer's entitlement after payment approval. Free resources and confirmed email subscriptions provide another way for visitors to explore your work.

Visitors can score different areas of life and visualise them on a chart. This self-reflection tool can support an introductory coaching conversation; it is not a diagnostic or medical assessment.

Responsive design and SEO content tools

The theme adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens. Manage page titles, meta descriptions, readable URLs, blog posts and FAQs to present your services clearly. Turkish and English content can be managed separately. Search performance depends on content and ongoing work; a theme alone does not guarantee rankings.
